JFC Collins, 64, better known by his stage name, "Celtic Charlie", has been touring the bars of Spain during the Christmas Season, giving live performances to promote his latest CD, "Seventy Drunken Nights". |

At a music club in Madrid, he met La Paz dancer, Consuela Olava, 19, and literally swept her off her feet by partnering her in a scintillating sequence of Samba and the romance bloomed. |

Boundless |

|
On New Year's Eve, affection was transformed into true love, as Consuela purred, "Charrleee, amoree", literally translated as, "Charles, my love for you is boundless. Without you, my being would be merely that of a penitent soul drifting in the wilderness". |

Dignified |

With quiet, dignified ceremony, the couple were married on New Year's day, but due to strict immigration laws, it is unlikely that they will be re-united for sometime. |

So it was at Barajas Airport, Madrid that Charlie and Consuela bid a tearful goodbye as he flew back to the UK to fulfil a pressing business appointment. |
